In my first semester, I took the course X-Tech Entrepreneurship, where I joined the start-up Itterno. Itterno helps families ethically manage the online accounts of deceased loved ones by assisting with memorializing, deleting, or transferring their digital assets.

Throughout the course, I was in charge of customer outreach, CRM, and securing a client for a pilot. Also, I contributed to the development of the tech demo. I also participated in developing the brand identity through logo design and UI for the sign-up flow.

At the X-Tech Finals, held at the end of the course, Itterno was among the eight selected start-ups to continue in the X-Tech+ course.
