What?

What?

In my first semester, I took the course Holistic Design of Engineering Systems, where my study group and I helped develop an engineering system for reusable take-away packaging, with Meyers Canteen at KPMG as the client.

During this project, I designed an app aimed at motivating users through an engaging gamified experience. The goal was to encourage more people to return their used take-away containers. In addition, I conducted interviews with relevant stakeholders, both from Meyers Canteen and KPMG. Also, I carried out user testing. My contribution to the project also included creating various mappings and visualizations, such as the user journey and stakeholders. From a broader, systemic perspective, I explored the regulatory and legal guidelines governing the production of plastic containers.
