As part of improving the user experience for Oddset customers in retail, the digital match program plays a crucial role. In late summer 2023, I initiated the process of delivering a new digital match program to all Oddset retailers.

Throughout this process, I conducted user research, both online and in physical stores across Greater Copenhagen, iterative testing, and facilitated workshops. Also, I presented to key internal stakeholders, created user stories, and designed the entire UI.

The new digital match program is now live across all Oddset retailers.
